The pandemic has forced choir practitioners and enthusiasts to shift from in-person rehearsal performance online virtual performance. is seen as an alternative activity during the pandemic. However, it also generates another concern related its inclination reduce role of conductor, singers, social interaction in achieving musical targets enhance so-called skills, empathy. study employs two conductors in-depth interview understand condition dynamics exploration data emphasized three important themes: (1) continuity, (2) impact technology reducing individuals’ role, (3) absence empathy enhancement.
